Name the teams: Divide the groups into small teams which allow you to better coordinate the affairs. It’s also a good idea to name the teams for inculcating a feeling of closeness.

Similarly, parents who tend to interfere in the team’s activities should also be handled like this. Control it in time and notify everyone about it. As a coach, be responsible to make decisions for the team. But, involvement of parents to a certain level is also important.
Be in charge: Every single act of yours is closely observed by the players as it’s natural for them to copy you. So keep your conduct in check. Make sure you behave properly with everyone including your team-mates, rival team, and fellow coaches. Arrive at the field for the training sessions before the players reach. Neither should you condemn the players nor the referee while participating in a practice match.
